By accessing any part of the THTP or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. You confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the Website, any applications, or purchase any Services. If you are procuring Services for a legal dependent, you agree to these Terms on their behalf.

These Terms apply to online, phone, and in-person Services. Participation in any health and/or medical program through the Services (the “Program”) may be subject to additional policies, rules, consent forms, statements of rights, and/or conditions (“Additional Terms”). These Additional Terms are incorporated by reference, and by accessing or using any aspect of the Services or participating in any aspect of the Program, you agree to comply with these Additional Terms. In case of conflict, the supplemental terms for a specific portion of the Services or Program will control.

Healthcare Professionals (HCPs): HCPs use the Services to provide access to certain healthcare services. You may connect with HCPs providing medical services via telehealth through the Program. Each HCP is an independent professional practicing as an independent contractor. TeleCare Haus does not engage in the practice of medicine or any licensed profession and does not interfere with the practice of medicine or any other licensed profession by HCPs. We are not responsible for the quality or appropriateness of care rendered by HCPs.

Our Services: The THTP enables registered Users to access Health Services provided by health professionals registered in Canada (e.g., Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners). Services provided may include medical consultations and administrative, billing, and support services ("Support Services").

Health Services provided may involve interactive audio, video, messaging, electronic transmission of medical records, storage of personal information and health information, and issuance of prescriptions.

Emergency Medical Care: THE SERVICES ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE. In emergencies, seek treatment at the nearest emergency room or dial 911.

TeleCare Haus reserves the right to modify or discontinue the THTP (or any part thereof) with or without notice and shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

Scope of Services: Health Services through THTP are provided only by HCPs. The availability of services depends on your province or territory of residence. TeleCare Haus or HCPs providing Services do not replace primary care. We recommend informing your primary care professional about the Health Services received. The initial encounter with an HCP may be a consultation to determine the appropriateness of telehealth services and does not guarantee an ongoing treatment relationship.

Payment and Refund Policies You agree to the following terms regarding payments:

Fees for Services, including subscription fees collected by TeleCare Haus, are non-refundable, except as specified in these Terms. Membership in a Program or participation in Services can be canceled at any time by contacting support@telecarehausinc.com, but refunds are subject to the policies outlined herein. Accepting a refund means withdrawal from the Program and ineligibility for further Services. Cancellation within 72 hours of purchase allows for a full refund. Beyond this period, different refund conditions apply as specified in these Terms. We reserve the right to offer discounts, refunds, or incentives at our discretion for customer service reasons. TeleCare Haus is not responsible for refunds on medications filled by a third-party pharmacy. Review our Privacy Statement for details on information collected from third-party payers.

Your Account To fully use the Website, you may need to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

Keep your contact information updated. Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password. Accept responsibility for all activities and purchases made through your account. Regularly monitor the security of your account, especially if your password is used on multiple internet sites. Termination You may cancel and terminate your account at any time, subject to the terms and policies on the Website. Security Breaches You are responsible for the security of your account information, including usernames and passwords. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
